Always-available: nine quarter-acre paddocks with automatic water and shelter, white vinyl rail fencing with hotwire. $20 for the first horse, $15 each additional. If the boarding stable isn't full: 12x12 stalls $40/horse (includes shavings). Parking for one LQ trailer, with a small fee to sleep overnight if no hookup needed; electric hookup and/or sewer dump for an additional fee. An apartment (1 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 4) is now available. Owners live on site. Primarily a monthly boarding stable; paddock accommodations should always be available for one-night stays with afternoon arrival. No arrivals after 10 p.m.
