Overnight and short-term boarding for horses and owners. One covered stall with attached 20x30 run for 1-2 horses, and a 12x24 three-sided building with attached 20x24 run for 1-2 horses. A small active mountain boarding facility, with other horses and a donkey on the property. Stalls are dry (no shavings). Two 50-foot round pens and an outdoor riding arena. Two bedrooms with a full bath upstairs for rent (each sleeps 1-4). A resident border collie; bring only friendly dogs. Health certificates and negative Coggins required before unloading. 50% deposit via Venmo or PayPal, refundable if cancelled 48 hours ahead. No smoking. No trailer hookups.
