A quiet 5-acre property with mountain views, fully fenced for dogs, one way in/out with a gate locked at night. Three horse areas: a 1+ acre with two pens and shaders, a sandy arena with attached round pen, or a quarter-acre pen with shader. $35/horse/night. Two electric and water hookups for RV/LQ at $40/night, or dry camp $30/night, with a shaded patio. Feed $5 per horse per feeding; $10 if not cleaned before leaving.
