A small 4-acre farmette with two barn stalls (12x12 and 10x12), a run-in, and one pasture (the owner's own horses are over the fence line). A round pen and hay for sale. For live-in trailers, a hose and extension cord plus parking are offered. The owner's three horses and two minis stay home, are friendly and vaccinated, and would only mingle over the fence; stalled horses never interact. A 2-bedroom, 2-bath house is available to rent; the owner comes by at 7am and 5pm to feed only.
