A competition-size covered, lighted arena, an outdoor round pen, and on-site trail riding on request. Ten 12x12 tongue-and-groove stalls with automatic waterers (double stalls available for pairs). Four motel-style bunkhouses, each with a queen bed overlooking the barn, full bath, and on-site gym, plus a 2+ bedroom homesite with covered hot tub. Leashed dogs welcome. The owner is a former equine transport professional.
