A 40-acre facility with 5 large horse-fenced pastures, five 12x12 matted indoor stalls, two 12x18 matted indoor stalls, 5 outdoor stalls, a large dry lot, and a 100-foot round pen. Guests may ride the 5-acre grass polo field, with over 40,000 acres of public land for trail riding. Camper/LQ hookups with water and electricity (limited), a wash rack, hay (including weed-free) and shavings available, and a restroom/shower. A one-bedroom travelers' apartment ($85/night for up to 2). In-barn stalls $50, paddocks/pastures $35/horse. Owners feed and water.
