Fifty-foot round pen. 150x450 outdoor arena built out with jumps and obstacle work — tire mountain, seesaw, bridges, fabric and noodle walls, vertical and horizontal noodles. Direct rear access to the Eglin Reservation, which opens to hundreds of square miles of trail rides (annual recreation permit $20; some rules apply — call for details). Tacking stations with washing capability. Public restroom (no shower). Trailer parking but no camping hookups. Two on-property Airbnb cabins — Lake Cabin and Stable Cabin — each one bedroom, one bath, sleeps four. Twenty to thirty minutes from Destin and South Walton beaches.
