12x12 stalls with rubber mats in a stable that does not freeze in winter. Turnout coordinated if necessary, with room for loading and unloading trailers. Bedding and hay provided. $40/night with negative Coggins and current health certificate, $50 without (for extra cleaning between horses). (No phone listed - email/website only.)
