A long and short-term training and boarding facility. Overnight boarding in a 22-stall insulated barn with solid 12x12 stalls; bedding and water provided, and buckets/feeders/walls sanitized between horses ($30/horse/night). Accommodates show-circuit, racetrack, trail, and relocating clients, and even unhandled horses (pens to back the trailer to for loading). An 80x80 indoor arena and a 100x200 outdoor arena. Trailer hookups: 110v 30-amp ($15) or 240v 50-amp with water ($20). Owner lives on site. Current negative Coggins and health certificate required. A 24-hour, 365-day facility; call ahead for reservations.
