Dedicated horse-motel operation with overnight and long-term accommodations. Six RV sites adjacent to the guest barn — two with 50/30-amp service, four with 30-amp. All sites have Culligan-treated water and direct sewer access. Ten 12x12 guest-barn stalls with rubber mat flooring, feed and water buckets, and a mounted fan. Each stall is disinfected between guests. Six tree-lined paddocks roughly 60x180 with water. Five-acre exercise area, open pastures, and perimeter trails. A cleared one-plus-mile 'Amazon' trail runs through heavy woods off the back of the ranch. Big-rig accessible — the Budweiser Clydesdales and Wells-Fargo Stagecoach Team have both stayed.
