Ten 12x12 dry stalls in a barn separate from the resident horses. Hot/cold wash stalls, a bathroom, sawdust and grass hay available, an outdoor arena, and room to hand-graze. No hookups, but room for big rigs. Negative Coggins and proof of vaccines required. Dogs only on leash and away from the barn. No arrivals after 7 p.m. except emergencies (text/email first).
