A laid-back 4-acre farm focused on retirement board, with horses living outside 24/7 with run-in sheds, free-choice hay, and paddocks/sheds cleaned at least once daily. A 4-stall barn (two stalls with small in-and-outs). Sheds have fans for warm months and heated waterers for cold. For overnight and short stays, if no paddock is open horses stay in the barn with in-and-out access; two large grass paddocks are available for grazing in nicer months (if your horse is acclimated to grass). Camping on the property can be accommodated. $50/night for one horse, $40/night each for multiple - includes clean water, bedding, and daily stall/paddock cleaning; you provide grain, hay, supplements, etc. (hay available at additional cost). Up-to-date vaccine paperwork and negative Coggins within 1 year required.
