Boutique boarding operation that runs a dedicated Layover Barn — separate from the regular boarding side. Trailer parking is well-lit for late arrivals. Stalls are matted; shavings, fans, and automatic water dishes come standard. Turnout, night check, and feed-drop available on request at no extra cost. Rate is $50 per horse per night. 30-amp hookup on site.
