Overnight lodging in a cozy apartment, plus four stall/paddocks for equine guests (layovers 1-2 together, 3-4 together), each stall matted with sawdust and an attached paddock. More horses may fit in the arena or round pen depending on weather (they've hosted 18 polo ponies). A self-care facility, but happy to help you settle in. Current travel equine health certificate with negative Coggins required before arrival. Pricing $30/night for 1 horse, $25 for 2-4, $20 each for 5+; $5 each to clean stalls. The layover area is separate from the main barn with plenty of parking. Wood-shaving bedding, water, and inside/outside lighting provided. Round pen and outdoor arena. 30-amp RV hookup $25. Cash or PayPal due on arrival. Check-in 1-7pm preferred, $25 late fee after 8pm.
