A 60-foot oak-board round pen. Seven stalls with lights, sliding doors, rubber mats, bedding, barred windows, and water/feed buckets. $45/horse stall, $50 mare-and-foal; paddocks $35/horse/day; camper/LQ electric hookup $35/night (up to three); LQ-only layover $40. Can host 20 polo ponies in the grass paddocks on the same night. Current Coggins and health papers and a liability release required. Security with an armed live-in owner and locked gate at night.
