Two barns with 12x12 or 12x10 stalls (5 with auto waterers and private 15x24 fenced pens), two wash bays, and a tack room with saddle stands, hooks, and a mini fridge. Plenty of trailer/RV parking. Two lighted outdoor arenas (one dirt, one grass) with barrels and jumps. Acres of trail riding, two round pens, cross ties throughout, and clean water tanks. Horses fed twice daily, with winter blanketing and summer fly-sheeting. Office hours 9am-6pm; inquire about late arrivals.
