Overnight lodging for travelers with horses: ten 10x12 covered pens, two 20x20 uncovered pens, one 20x30 uncovered pen, and a round pen. A fully furnished bunkhouse with kitchenette and bath, or a ranch house with full kitchen and 1.5 bath; six dry cabins with AC/heat, gas grill, picnic table, and fridge. Eight concrete pads with 50-amp full-hookup RV sites. WiFi throughout, a clubhouse with coin laundry and showers. Current health papers and negative Coggins required.
