Off I-35 in Sanger: a lighted, all-weather covered arena with an enclosed 2nd-floor observation deck, twenty-four 12x12 pre-bedded stalls, an insulated barn, grain and hay for purchase, a wash rack, turnout pens and pasture, RV hookup, and a small guest house near the barn. Men's and women's restrooms and showers at the arena. Access to riding trails and a driving course for carriages. Fenced and gated; owners live on property with their own horses, so current Coggins required.
