A three-stall barn with dirt base, three spacious pasture runs, two outside pens, and a loping sand arena with barrels and poles. Large driveway with easy pull-around access. An on-site RV sleeps 4 (battery only). Hay and shavings on request, with good well water to fill tanks. Polite dogs welcome. A quiet, friendly atmosphere; improvements ongoing.
