A working family ranch on 100-plus acres — cattle, horses, dogs, and a cat. Pond, pastures, ringed by trees and neighboring farms. Forty 10x10 stalls, all covered with solid-wood walls and shavings included. Extra shavings are for sale. Water spigots are stationed near the stalls; no shared trough, so bring your own bucket. Designated trailer-cleanout area on site. Paved entrance with graveled stall access — handles coach rigs and the largest LQ trailers. 30- and 50-amp hookups at the stall barns.
