A horse boarding facility right off Hwy 55 between Hernando and Coldwater, ~30 miles south of Memphis. Owners on site; secure with fencing and gates. Wide road access with an easy turnaround at the barn (no backing). Electric hookup and water at the barn. Four 12x12 stalls with automatic waterers, built-in hay rack, and feeder. Two grass pastures with lean-to shelters, water tanks, and horse-net fencing. $30/night for stall or pasture, $30/night for electric hookup. Negative Coggins required.
