Extra panels available to accommodate more horses. Plenty of space for rigs. Water available; electric by extension cord only (no A/C or heater hookup, no dump station). A Cowboy Cabin and an LQ horse trailer (queen bed, hot/cold water) are periodically available for $25-$50/night. Roping arena up the road; hay at Camp Verde Feeds. End of the road, very quiet.
