A private pasture with an open run-in, separate from resident horses with double fencing. Hay and water included. Trailer parking on site, with space to park an RV overnight for an additional fee (boondocking only). One on-site RV with water, electric, and sewer can be reserved for horse owners to stay with their horses. A training area with basic obstacles, a round pen, and small trails for exercise, plus a private pool for overnight RV guests.
