Thirty 12x12 stalls with bedding and fans, piped turnouts with sheds, a round pen, and a race track for guest use. Easy access 5 miles south of I-40 with an easy turnaround for big rigs. RV hookups and someone on the grounds at all times. Stalls $25, hookups $15. A small apartment with a king and twin bed is available for an extra fee. Hay for purchase. The facility overnights the Budweiser Clydesdales when they travel through.
