Stay in the barn across the aisle from your horse in a comfortable room. Two rooms (one with two twin beds, one with a queen), very clean, with a continental breakfast basket, coffee pot, condiments, and bottled water and juice in the fridge. An 8-stall barn with concrete-and-iron-bar walls and pipe runs off the back of each stall, shavings included. Several pipe and cable paddocks, a large riding arena, and a round pen. Room $50/night, stall $25/horse, paddock $20/horse. A large well-lit turnaround for larger rigs and RV/LQ hookups $25/night. Current health papers and negative Coggins required before unloading.
