Three stalls (2 in the horse barn, 1 in the arena) for short-term rentals and layovers. One barn stall opens to a private quarter-acre paddock, the other to a 2.5-acre pasture around the arena (shared with the arena stall). Both barn and arena have a 30-amp RV hookup. Hay and feed on request. Just 9 minutes to I-70. Liability waiver and proof of negative Coggins before arrival. Dogs welcome on leash. Check in after 3pm, out by 10am.
