Four 10x10 stalls with fans, rice-hull bedding, an outside shower, and two paddocks. 30-amp hookup with water and electric in a quiet area. $20/day per horse; water and electric hookup extra. Current negative Coggins and Arkansas intrastate transport requirements apply. Owner on premises 24 hours a day.
