Clean, quiet, family-run ranch close to grocery, lodging, casino, restaurants, and a truck stop. Circular driveway with room to park a trailer. Power and water hookups by the barn (no septic). Shavings available (extra $5/bag). Must be current on vaccinations. $30/horse, $25/night for LQ hookups. On 170 acres bordering BLM; the owners run two adjacent ranches so they can accommodate overflow.
