A 300x150 outdoor arena, 50-foot round pen, eight stalls with runs, and two to four large turnouts for multiple horses, with access to Fish and Wildlife river bottoms for trail riding. Two or three bedrooms in the owners' home for overnight guests, with plenty of turnaround and rig parking and water/electric for LQ or RV.
