Three paddocks with electric fencing in front of a platform tent with an inflated mattress, solo stove, picnic table, cookstove, and an outhouse. Water and a bale of hay provided. A small camp (2 beds) is sometimes available next door. Tent $50, horse $50 (hay/water/pasture), camp/house $100/night. The owner will gladly guide a ride from the site or direct you to local trails (Ellis River, Waterford, White Mountain National Forest, Mt. Abram).
