Twenty-five acres of pecan trees with an unusual setup: the guest quarters and the barn share one building. Open living area is Western-themed with a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a queen, walk-in closet, and full bath; additional queen in the living room. Crib, pack-n-play, or air mattress available. The back door steps directly into the barn — easy night checks. Each 12x12 stall has a hay rack, water bucket, feed trough, light, and fan. One indoor hot wash rack and two outdoor cold wash racks. Round pen available.
