Overnight boarding with a stall or turnout, with parking for living quarters and use of the facility included. An indoor arena (100x200), two outdoor arenas (150x250), a lobby with restrooms and shower, on-site laundry, hot/cold wash racks, a round pen, a hot walker, and high-quality grass/alfalfa hay fed twice daily. On-site owners with 30+ years of experience, stalls cleaned daily, and an on-site farrier and vet available on request.
