Twelve solid covered 10x20 pens with a sand base and 6 feet of space between them, a 65x160 arena for short turnout/exercise, and a 30-foot round pen. The area can be lit at night and the arena has bright lights for night riding. Electric for overnight LQ stay, showers and bathrooms for guests, a warm-water wash rack, and several miles of on-ranch trails. A small full-service guest house (kitchen, bath, laundry, bedroom, living room) sleeps six. 16 miles from an equestrian campground with many more miles of riding. $35/stall and $35/LQ camping. A full-service stud farm, equine repro facility, and instruction/training facility with regular shows, clinics, and events.
