Several options for overnight horses: two 35x35 pens each with a 10x10 shelter, a 105x215 pen with a 10x20 shelter, a 50x85 pen without shelter, and five 8x11 pens. Possible pasture turnout and a 160x300 lighted outdoor arena. Two RV hookups with water (no sewer). Current health papers and negative Coggins required.
