A 5-acre self-care boarding facility with six 15x26 stalls (auto waterers, extra water bucket, feed bucket with mat, grain bucket), a 40-foot and 50-foot round pen, a 140x85 arena with hitching post, two attached tack rooms, three feed sheds, and a wash bay. Two acres of riding with obstacles (barrels, gymkhana poles, mailbox, water pump, logs, platforms). Within riding distance of BLM land or dry lake bed; a few miles to most horse trails, and over the hump to Red Rock or Blue Diamond trails.
