An 8-stall mare motel (12x24) with box stalls if needed and separate small pens. Riding on 17,000 acres of BLM right out the back gate, including in the Sacramento River. Two travel trailers available for those without living quarters. Large turnaround for big rigs, with water and power hookups (more coming). A large arena to stretch horses' legs. A professional training facility with lessons available; stalls bedded and feed available.
