A private 4-stall barn on the same fenced property as the Warren Wagon Ranch Airbnb, available exclusively to registered Airbnb guests (no standalone boarding). Four fully enclosed 12x12 stalls with rubber mats, an attached dry lot, an insulated barn with electricity, an enclosed tack/feed room, and a wash rack with hot and cold water (max 4 horses). Turnout options include the dry lot, a 3-acre pasture, and a 0.5-acre pasture (use at your own risk; post-and-rail fencing). Guests bring hay, feed, water buckets, and shavings, and handle daily stall cleaning.
