Four single-horse stalls (roughly 11-16 ft) with three 40x100 steel-fenced gated paddocks and a 12-acre 5-foot steel-fenced pasture grazing on Bahia/Bermuda mix. Feed, hay, and shavings available. A 60-foot round pen, two outdoor wash racks, and a grooming aisle. One 50-amp hookup with water and sewer (three more planned). Big-rig capable. Two one-bedroom lodging units (Barn Loft and Dairy Cottage) booked through Evolve from $125/night. Riding trails available. Stall $40/night, hookup $40/night. CVI (within 60 days) and negative Coggins (within 6 months) required; a liability waiver must be signed at registration.
